EPISODE 039: How to Set your Future Self Up for Success


Today, my girl Laura is tackling this topic solo because I wasn't feeling my best this past weekend. She piggy-backed off of last week's episode and spoke all about setting your future self up for success - in business and in life!

  • Be prepared for healthy and happy eatin' by meal prepping.
  • Stick to your plans to get to the gym by reserving and paying for classes ahead of time.

  • Time-blocking: do this for better overall time management.
  • Don't be unrealistic with your to-do list! Don't set yourself up for failure by overloading yourself. Remember: you cannot pour from an empty glass.
  • Going off of that last point: make sure you set aside time to do nothing. Self care is so important!
